I'm sure I pick the worst day to do it...but this is how I start my Mondays: stepping on the scale.
The funny part is that, usually, I'm not surprised by the results. Today was NO exception.
The past week, I didn't exercise and I ate crap ALL weekend. So the scale welcome two additional pounds. Uggghhhhh!!!!!!!
The good part is, it's only two pounds. Give me about 6 days and I will give them back...gladly. lol. I already got a 20 min workout in this morning....and there will be another to follow later on!
My goal is to keep my summer weight throughout the winter. Mmmm...we will see. ♥Elise
